You get torches which can be charged by shaking them up and down. The wind needs to blow for it to work, true, but that's true for all kinds of wind energy. Spikes in generation can be smoothed out using a battery.Arsalan Zaidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03116662629864832986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9346317.post-47133337365641994872007-11-01T13:16:00.000+05:302007-11-01T13:16:00.000+05:30Hi Sir Ji.....Couple of weeks ago I started readin...Hi Sir Ji.....

Couple of weeks ago I started reading your blog with the hopes that if not anything else it would definitely improves my writing skills atleast. I find mostly (if no always :-) ) something interesting here. Saw that video of windbelt. It's cool and I love the idea as it is so simple. But I wonder why anyone of electronics gurus have not thought of this ever, or they did but there are some potential problems probably with this. As I heard that the wind must keep blowing continiously for this to work. :-)Sanjeev Kumar Mishrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15529437874521331187noreply@blogger.com
